Everything you need to know for a fun and safe visit.

Please take a moment to read through the information below before booking

The T's & C's

All sessions must be pre-booked in advance

Please do not arrive without a confirmed booking

Payments can be made Via Credit/Debit card or Apple Pay through the website.

The latest you can book a session is 1 hour before the start time.

All sessions are private and for exclusive use only.

Please do not enter the arena while another customer is using it.

Only enter the arena at your allocated time and once it is clear.

We do not accept cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session start time

to reschedule visit the ‘ My Booking’ section of the website

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early

Ensure the gate is closed behind you at all times (gates are clipped shut but not locked)

There is 5 mph speed limit across the premises

Please park only in the designated area outlined in your booking confirmation email

Parking is free but the vehicles are parked at your own risk

Zoomies accept no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles

Keep dogs on leads when walking to and from the arena

Please allow enough time at the end of the session to exit the arena before the next session begins

Before leaving switch off the lights and take all toys with you

You are responsible for your dogs and any other dogs you bring

Dogs must not be left unattended at any time

Please do not allow dogs to dig holes or damage the arena

Always clean up after your dogs and dispose of waste in the designated poop bins

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises

Dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatments

Do not bring your dog if they are unwell or showing signs of illness

Dogs must wear a collar or harness with an ID tag.

Please inspect the arena before use to ensure it is suitable for you and your dogs

If you have any concerns about safety or suitability do not enter the arena

You are fully responsible for the behaviour and actions of your dogs

You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dogs

Zoomies accept no responsibility for injury or damage to you, your dogs or others

Zoomies is not responsible for any dogs that escape
