Is the Arena Secure?

Yes the arena is fully enclosed - The height of the fence is 5ft2 and we also have a roller shutter door for extra security if required.

Is there livestock nearby?

We are located on a livery yard so when you are walking to and from the arena there is a chance your dog will be able to see horses from a distance. When you are in the arena it is fully enclosed and your dog can not see any horses.

How long are the sessions?

We offer 30-60 minutes sessions, however you can book mutilple slots together if you require longer session times.

We ask that all customers leave the arena at least 5 minutes before the end of their session to allow time for you and your dog to exit and be back in your car before the next customer arrives

How many dogs can i bring?

We don’t have a limit on the number of dogs. If you are bringing over 4 dogs there is a small additional charge for each extra dog (over 4) For event hire please contact us directly regarding the price

Can i bring me reactive dog?

Yes you can bring a reactive dog- please note we are located at a livery yard so your dog may be able to see horses from a distance when walking to and from the arena.

What facilities are there?

Dog bowl and water is available,

Poo buckets to dispose of poo bags and we have a tea and coffee station - drinks are £1 each. Please bring change if you would like a hot drink! This can also be added at checkout.

Do you accept XL bullies and other banned Breeds?

Yes we accept XL bullies. Please keep you dog muzzled to and from the arena until the arena gate is closed and secure.

Will the session be for just me and my dogs?

Yes the arena hire is for private use.

How big is the arena?

Our secure indoor arena is 20mX40m

How do i turn the lights on?

To turn the lights on in the arena there are two light switches located in the storage area which is directly attached to the arena. Please see the signs located in the arena  for further instructions.

Is the secure area wheelchair friendly?

Yes the arena is wheelchair friendly, please note our car park is on stone and our arena is sand. Some areas maybe be slightly unlevel so please take care.

What if I can’t make my session?

We do not offer refunds, however you can reschedule your session free of charge up to 12 hours before your booked session time.

How do i access the arena?

Please follow our map on our location page. 

Once you have parked on our back car park there is a short walk to the arena

What are your opening hours?

The opening hours are 7.30am- 9pm (last bookings are 8pm or 8.30pm depending on if you would like to book an hour or half and hour)
